Those Deadlifts in the video dont seem to do ANYTHING for you, your just lifting it up for about 1 second then dropping it? This doesnt seem to be doing anything for you apart from lifting.

You should be using a lot lower weights and then just doing more reps as that will have a bigger impact on you than just lifting it up an inch then dropping it.............

Deadlifts looking nice LiE. You are right about where you need some work but that all comes in time :). Mad jelly about the numbers :p.

Only thing that makes sense in his original statement is that you should perhaps pause at the top more :o (For grip / possible extra lat work, hardly worth crying about mind) Regardless of that, he appears to have no clue as to why you are doing 1 rep maxes at the moment...So never mind :p

Awesome lifting LiE, certainly could get a higher 1RM, no point though at the moment, keep building the strength up and the 225's will come up easy for a few reps :)
 
He doesn't need to pause at the top. It's a 1RM. He just has to lift the weight, get to 100% peak of the movement, and ditch the weight :)
 
So drained this morning... good job it's a rest today then back in tomorrow for bench press 1Rm :D
 
You know that Chris Hoy video where he's maxed out the leg press machine, and has weights and his mate stacked on top? I imagine that's what you're like when it comes to benching........... ;)
 
Going to film it mate? Tend not to post much in your thread (well, apart form "humourous" posts), but always find your lifts great. Lots of power, and lots of dedication!
 
It would be a shame not to film it. I'll need Syla5 to do the hand off so he can't film, but I'm sure there will be someone else about.
 
OK so looking pretty lean this morning so decided to take a few snaps with the anabolic lighting (the term will catch on!). Got a weird back shot, a side shot and a front shot with some vascluarity goodness :)

and yes my boxers are awesome.
