Those Deadlifts in the video dont seem to do ANYTHING for you, your just lifting it up for about 1 second then dropping it? This doesnt seem to be doing anything for you apart from lifting.
You should be using a lot lower weights and then just doing more reps as that will have a bigger impact on you than just lifting it up an inch then dropping it.............
He doesn't need to pause at the top. It's a 1RM. He just has to lift the weight, get to 100% peak of the movement, and ditch the weight
