LiE's Diet and Training Thread

Beaaaaaast!!! :) Awesome work dude

If I was to REALLY nit-pick, the only thing I'd say was that the knees collapsed ever so slightly. But as I say, thats nothing at all to worry about :D Just the sheer volume causing that probably.

Excellent work chap!!! So annoying I can't get to MK cheaply.

Nice squatting

Your goblet set had a few mediocre reps, but it's partially a matter of practice so I'll reserve judgement until you've been doing it for longer.

Some things to think about:

- keep chin tucked
- keep abs tight
- don't lose your back

Thanks for the feedback ice. Dom after the first rep I thought there is no way I'm going to get 9... felt damn heavy!

Deload this week so going to spend more time on form and lots of stretching.

Nah, muscles haven't done much, but I don't really want to get any bigger. Want to stay around 82kg and increase my strength. I think I've lost a little fat, but that's down to my diet.

Quite a tiring workout today. Shoulder workout was a breeze as it should be on deload. However I took my foam roller for and hit all the corners of my legs, did my lats and thoracic spine. After all my stretching I did a retest on squats using 90kg, felt really nice and no tight spots.

I need to use a roller on my legs, so tight constantly at the moment as I'm using the stepmill every day along with legs every week. And my glutes!

The gym has two myprotein rollers, but I just have no idea how to use them :( any videos?

Post in the mob thread mate as well :)

Depends on where you are tight as well really, as there could be some static stretches you could do

Yea just imagine you're trying to roll out some dough with a rolling pin, instead you use your muscles ;) Doing it slowly with a decent amount of pressure is pure pain but very good.
