Also it's a good idea to vary your protein sources.
Next week when Asda actually has chicken in stock my protein will come from Fish, Whey, Beef, Chicken and a little from nuts/rice.

mmmm burger was tasty with a bit of sauce!
I had a last minute idea to roller the burger so it's thinner and would cook quicker. Worked a treat and meant the meat on the outside didn't have to be cooked for ages to cook the middle of the burger. Result was a very moist and tasty burger!

Macros.

Protein Carbs Fat Cals
100g Lean Beef Burger 23 0 11 191
Wholemeal Bap 6.7 27.8 2.5 169

Different amino acid profiles.
Also varying the meat gives you all the nice healthy vits/mins.

Indeed. It's just good to get a varied source of nutrients. There's no science behind it other than different levels of fat, protein profiles and how quickly your body digests it and how calorific they are.

Also eating should be a pleasurable activity - the seratonin releases should increase when eating, which can stimulate the metabolism positively.

It's not the kind of thing you need to worry about, apart from variety from a taste point of view.

Although as noted and from a quick read just now. It's good to vary from time to time purely to get different vitamins etc

I eat Chicken every lunch and Porridge for Breakfast. However my evening meal changes every day so it's not all bad :)

Pollock this time was a little better, but the texture is pretty poor. It's bearable but not tasty.
