LiE's Diet and Training Thread

Following the instructions on the pack. I think it's likely due to them being frozen which is causing the texture.

Coffee and banana for pre-workout now, going to lay off the stims for now as they make me very tired the day after.

Try cooking some defrosted? :) I bet it doesn't take long to defrost either actually

That's all I've got next to me, a cup of coffee just before the workout - Back on the split squats today

I'll defrost some tomorrow and see how it goes.

531 Military Press tonight, hoping for a new PR :)

Weigh in this morning shows I've lost a pound. Down to 181.2lbs from 182.4lbs (24/04/12). Strange.

I've found that weight sometimes fluctuates in small amounts, maybe you picked up a "heavy" day last time and a "light" one now.

By the way what are you using to shape your burgers? Burger press ? if so then any recommendations?

Need to get that damn burger press.....!!!

Do you have a template for that chart LiE? Would be handy :) I've got a weekly one off the net, but can't be bothered to create one right now :p

Thanks buddy :)

I seem to be not dropping below 90KG so far....I know I've only been back for the second week, but I'm not even on the full diet plan yet :p

Just realised, this fish drops so much weight during cooking even when you take into account it's frozen. 228g when frozen before cooking comes out at 148g after cooking! Damn!
Need to rethink this.

They will be out, need to eat 200g of Pollock really. I'll increase the portions next week as I'll only be eating it once a day instead of twice.

I used to eat the smoked peppered mackerel but I got fed up with the damn bones. At least these don't have bones that I've come across.

True.

I brought some fresh mackerel not long ago, but it didn't taste nice at all - The tinned stuff in tomato is nicer =/
