I'm taking creatine so I'm carrying some water, so my goal to get to 13st 3lbs may be extended a few more pounds to account for the extra water.
 
Couple of pics from dinner tonight. ;)
Looking forward to tomorrow's chest session, will try and go lighter than normal to build some mass. I always get carried away with lifting big on chest days.

I have to go into the office tomorrow last minute notice so tomorrow's training is off and I'm already busy Saturday. This means I need to roll chest/triceps and back/biceps into one mega session tonight. Here's what I have so far.

Bench Press
Deadlift
Chin ups
Dips
 
Right scrap that, the meeting can be done remotely so I'm back working from home tomorrow. Normally training has resumed!

Appetite is shot today for some reason, must be because I'm really tired.
 
Just spoke to Pullum to find out where my order is, turns out the parcel was returned to them for an unknown reason. It will be with me tomorrow hopefully in time for deadlifting!
