I would suggest you give them a call. They line support admitted though that they are no 100% sure if the patch has completely fixed the issue. Also said in my case, it could be the issue was the reason I had intermittent connections.
They asked me to monitor the connection over this weekend and if it still persist, then they would have to escalate to their network engineers to look into it specifically.
So far, connection is solid with lots of devices connected via WIFI and Ethernet.
Regarding your nighthawk RAX200 router, did have to get Lila to do anything to get it working? I tried to connect my Netgear RBR750 Router to the SDD, got it all set up via the app, but no internet.
