Linkin Park - Living Things (New Album)

Hybrid Theory was a pretty special album when it was released all those years ago.
Meteora was more of the same, except not as special. Still love these two albums though.
Minutes To Midnight, well, I don't like it really. A couple mod good tracks but it's just boring to my ears.
I absolutely LOVE A Thousand Suns, a radical change yes, but to me, it was a very welcome one.

See I loved HT and Meteora, didnt like MtM at first but it grew on me and I love that too. Where as I hate A Thousand Suns all bar 2 tracks.

Can you say hand on heart that you listen to the exact same music as you did 10 years ago? Probably not... It's about 100 times worse when you make the same music as you did 10 years ago, it's boring. If you want another Hybrid Theory, just listen to Hybrid Theory :p

That really has nothing to do with it. You can change your sound slightly - but they've changed genre. For example, I still love Foo Fighters albums that were made over 15 years ago - And I still love their current albums.

Linkin Park are no more :p

As an LP fan, I are disappoint :(

Was hoping for something closer to their older stuff but I guess I shouldn't have held my breath after their last album.

Might be a couple of decent tracks on this one like there were on A Thousand Suns.

I think I agree, although the song is growing on me. I didn't like A Thousand Suns to begin with, but after a few listens I began to like it more.

But would like something closer to their old stuff, like you said.

For those of you buying the album, if you would like to help a massive LP fan such as me to win some cool prizes please use the below link to pre-order "Living Things" or click my sig.
