Stomach playing up a bit today, really didn't feel like it would go well doing legs so i decided to do shoulders instead.
DB press 27.5kg 8 8 8 - The sessions of 30s last week helped me hit this? Maybe. (incase delvis is wondering, i used 20kg dumbells per arm with 7.5kg of sugar in a bag taped to my calves which i placed above my head and raised at the same time)
Arnold press 20kg 8 8 8 - Holy deep burn

DB front raise 10kg 8 8 7
Cable side raise 14kg 8 8 7 - used a different cable machine, no way it's the same 14kg as on the other one, felt twice as heavy
BW dips 8 6 6 - Left shoulder felt ****ed
Rope pulldown 36kg 8 8 7 - Again, way way heavier than the other cable i swear
Bar pushdown 50kg 8 7 5 - "
