Just hiding my chicken legs ;) In all seriousness though i don't except them to progress as fast as i would like without squats. I'll give it my best though.

DB Walking lunges 15kg 10 10 10 10

Overall pretty good. Leg workouts just aren't the same without squats but i'm enjoying them once i actually get in the gym.

Yeah it's a cable machine. And it's strange because there are 2 cable machines, the 43kg i did today is ok, if i select 43kg on the other one its about 6x heavier. The 43kg feels about the same as 25 in my old gym, so take it with a pinch of salt :p

Felt small as **** when i woke up today which was interdasting considering for the last week almost i've felt super full every day. Not good motivation for vest day :(

DB Press 30kg 8 6 6 - Didn't even feel difficult, just had zero pushing power at the end of sets 2+3.
Arnold Press 20kg 8 8 8 - These ****ing hurt.

Planks and some leg raises and some laughable attempts at dragon flags and some biceps

Had a crap nights sleep, felt bad this morning. Got pumped up on the way to the gym and felt amazing the whole workout, funny that.

BW Pullups 8 8 7 5 - Slow negatives and dead hangs. Fuark. My strength runs out fast though.

Deadlifts 60kg 8 8 80kg 6 i think but i was resetting between each rep. Then i did some at 100kg from the first catcher, 12" maybe? Could be higher. Then more from the floor @ 60kg. Back felt good, feels like i've worked it but it's far from the bad feel i get on squats.

Absolutely. Gotta try stop some slight bum tuck coming into play though.

Oh and i have something going on that you'll absolutely love. When i fully extend my left leg under load i get a bit of a click behind my left knee (back of the leg). Was very apparent on split squats.

Sweet lordosis brah! Have you looked at doing posterior pelvic tilt based core work? It's simpler than it sounds, you just do standard core stuff with PPT and stop the set when you can't hold the position any more. People tend to find it easier to start with reverse crunches.
It's actually good? Still need to keep the bar nearer my shins i think.

You mirin that lordosis? :D It's way better than it used to be! You reckon that's partly(or more) to blame for why squats feel like **** on my back?
In a way i don't want to fix it, what if i lose my sweet glutes :(

I haven't but i shall.
