So i didn't update on Tuesday. My back noped out on squats and put me on quite a downer amongst other things. I can't really describe it, it basically just felt like too much pressure on my lower back (lordosis + added weight?, i don't know) so i'm just going to stop trying them until i can get it seen to properly but who knows when that might be. Deads idk, may or may not keep working on them, although not this week.
So tuesday pretty much just turned into a triceps only workout which was actually cool, didn't bother writing any of it down though.
Yesterday i weighed in a bit under 176lbs which put me close to 2lbs up in 9-10 days again. So i think i'm going to lower cals a bit as there isn't much point gaining that fast even if i don't feel or look like i get fatter. Might drop to ~3000 and see how that goes.
Shoulders today:
Didn't want to try get overly heavy DBs up just to be on the safe side so went for a bit higher reps.
DB Press 25kg 12 11 11
Arnold Press 20kg 8 8 8
DB Shrugs 35kg 8 8 8
Front raises 20kg plate 8 8 7
Cable side raises 14kg 12 11 9
Motivation is non existent right now because of various ****, times like this training alone really blows
