So i didn't update on Tuesday. My back noped out on squats and put me on quite a downer amongst other things. I can't really describe it, it basically just felt like too much pressure on my lower back (lordosis + added weight?, i don't know) so i'm just going to stop trying them until i can get it seen to properly but who knows when that might be. Deads idk, may or may not keep working on them, although not this week.

So tuesday pretty much just turned into a triceps only workout which was actually cool, didn't bother writing any of it down though.

Yesterday i weighed in a bit under 176lbs which put me close to 2lbs up in 9-10 days again. So i think i'm going to lower cals a bit as there isn't much point gaining that fast even if i don't feel or look like i get fatter. Might drop to ~3000 and see how that goes.

Shoulders today:

Didn't want to try get overly heavy DBs up just to be on the safe side so went for a bit higher reps.

Motivation is non existent right now because of various ****, times like this training alone really blows

Good work on the DB press and Arnold press again, need to work on mine, weak as sin :(

You should try and get a video of your squat sometime, you'll be to see what might be happening to your back? I presume front or high bar squats give you the same issue?
 
Do RDLs for a while until you can keep neutral spine and not have it bending all over the place by focussing on bracing your entire torso hard. You should be giving yourself ab doms with this for it to be working properly.

Back day was weird today, had to go out early this morning so i had breakfast earlier than usual. Gym was at normal time though so i was pretty hungry. (and i forgot my ****ing chalk, goodnight sweet palms) Just wasn't really feeling it till about mid way through.

So i went walking in the lakes on Sunday/Monday, and yesterday i was just knackered and busy so no gym. Alpha wilderness survival test boost gains incoming.

So i manned up and trained chest today, and will do shoulders tomorrow back friday. 3 in a row gonna be fun!

Weighed in a bit down this morning. Could be due to a bit of dehydration from the weekend? (Didn't drink from enough streams)
