Hmmm.... hope OcUK get these in soon, they are showing out of stock atm, Im ordering the second they do, wish they had a subscribe to item type feature, where they would email you when an item came back into stock.

atleast you can get one.. my problem starts far back.
i want it for my b day because i dont want to pay 200 quid. but my dad says these things are for primary school kids... he obviously dont know joy. what a ****.

and second of all it might become a big distraction for my a levels... what to doooo. i dont want to wait!

If i payed £150+ for a Wheel i would be guarding it whenever a kid is in the house. Not sure what i am going to do about the G25, do i get one when it is released? or wait a while until Test drive comes out and maybe the prices come down a bit.

Does the clutch have a biting point or will it be just a loose pedal with no ability to mess up the action and stall on take offs and bunny hop through the gear changes?

I doubt there will be any real feedback on the pedals, so I guess each game cars will stall at certain points of the clutch position.

i see OCUK is selling the G25 for 175 pounds now but once its officially released is the price going up to the RRP of 200 quid?

Im still using my microsoft sidewinder (the one before the force feedback version) I got it for my birthday about 10 years ago now.

I certainly hope not as I'd rather not pre-order. I reckon most places will sell it for 170-180ish quid.

I know pre odering things is a pain as delivery is often delayed and what not.

But I think that Ocuk are offering a decent price to be fair. Looks like its going to be a quality wheel.

Im in the middle of a few other expensive upgrades at the moment though, going to have to wait a month or two I think :mad:

W00t. I just got paid my monthly 200 quid from waitrose. now im facing the biggest dilemma of "to buy or not to buy". i could wait till november 5th and get my mum to buy it for b day or i can buy it now and get 200 quid for my b day.
now if i buy it i will only have 40 quid left over. but im selling my bike soon so that should put me back on track.

what are your opinions?

Depends I suppose. If you have plenty of games to make full use of it straight away then go for it IMO

No offence or anything but are you seriously planning on buying a G25 to play a game like Test drive? :eek:

anyway. isnt test drive suppose to be a MMO driving sim?

i think the release date of G25 got changed slightly
