Finally my first bit of joy with Logitech.
The right shift key on my Wave keyboard isn't working properly. After spending about an hour trying to find which shop I bought it from I was able to email them a copy of my receipt. Sadly they don't have the corded version in their warehouse so they're going to have to send me the wireless version (here).

My MX518 has started playing up and i've had it over 3 years. A quick email to Logitech seeing if I can get a replacement and they said no but they did give me 50% off a replacement mouse.
Shame their own shop prices are much higher on most things.
I raised a warranty claim for a failed USB Bluetooth receiver on my Di Novo Edge on Friday, they shipped a replacement yesterday. It was bought in early 2009 so nearly out of warranty.
I have a MX Revolution with a duff left mouse button but that is out of warranty, I might chance my arm!
