I've posted this on lots of forums already, and have yet to get an answer how to fix this.

CPU i7 6850K

Mobo Ultra Gaming Gigabyte G1 x99

DDR4 HyperX Predator 4x4 3200Mhz & 2x Corsair DDR4 2400Mhz (bought corsair to test other ram)

GPU G1 Gaming 1080

PSU EVGA Supernova P2 650W & Supernova T2 850W (bought another PSU to test another psu..)

Case NZXT H2 Silent Classic

CPU cooler Noctua NH D14 with 2011-3 mounting kit & Arctic Freezer i32 (bought Arctic because I had enought of removing noctua..)

I am getting 5 short beeps, which is CPU Failure according to bios codes. Check videos below for more insight.

Also noticed under mobo some issues BUT I was told Mobo is fine and these have nothing to do with this problem.

I bought it at **********, then RMA it to check items. they did test it 'three' times I t hink and told me everything was fine even stress test with AIDA64 was completed with no issues. When I tried to get any information from them what kind of components they did use for test purposes i never got that information from them. so I am wondering if I should send it back again, and get proper list of components that they did use, so I can buy the same and test it, which is stupid lol.

What I tried already :

Bought Corsair ram from QVL List (2x4GB 2400mhz) to check if HyperX RAM is faulty.
Breadboarding
Different rams in different slots, the only difference is that in any Channel B PC turn on/off and you can hear a little click in PSU, in any Channel A PC starts and after short while there is 1 standard beep then 5 short beeps.
trying to upgrade bios, removing battery etc.

My PSU and GPU both work just fine as I am using them right now. Problem occurs only when I try to start new build.
Mobo CPU Pins are OK,

TL;DR
5 Short beeps on new stuff
Apparently (according to ********** technicians) CPU is OK, mobo is OK.
Pins on Mobo are OK, CPU is properly placed insite 2011-3 socket.
EPS 2x4 properly conneted too
My PSU/GPU is not faulty, I am using it right now.
Corsair RAM (2x4GB) is from Mobo QVL list so should work just fine
HyperX is not from QVL list
All parts from current build are working 100% no issues, can't test new parts.

So I am out of ideas what to do, any ideas? from my point of view that should work just fine..

From the last two picks of the back of the motherboard it looks like a short circuit, there is a gigabyte rep on the forum maybe he could help.

GIGA-Man
Thanks for reply,

Thing is, I noted that. I did install mobo properly on standoffs and my Case is supporting extended atx and have plenty of space for it. I did mention that to ********** and so on, but they did tell me that Mobo was working just fine while they were testing it.. so I am like super confused or they lied to me to avoid RMA

You were given and RMA number of 00000000?

I will doublecheck after work today in emails, but on papers/invoice they send me back with parts, on first one I have Rma number, on second in same place there are 0's or empty slot. I can send you a picture of both if needed.

Oh, right. When first I got problem with those five short beeps, I decided to Rma it. Scan told me that I am not allowed to Rma it because it works just fine and i already installed product. I applied to Rma it within first 10 days.

On my invoice & docs related to 2nd 'test' by scan there is no RMA number, I did check emails and manager to find 2nd one RMA 431570.

Currently, I have no idea what to do. I think I will try to sell it as 'working' when it is not working for me, but on papers it works just fine. I simply do not have time and money to test every single new ram and so on..

That second pic is a damaged board. Did you return it to the vendor for testing or Gigabyte?

Granted it's 20 years ago and more but when I worked in local government, I looked after my local Trading Standards dept and they had a special place in their hearts for S**n. Don't believe a word they say, and I hope you paid by credit card.

Hello,

I did send it back go scan, as they instructed me.

Paid via PayPal which charged my visa debit card. Should I go to citizen advice with that or? I honestly have no idea what to do, other than send items back to scan, and try to get my money back

Okay, let start this all again for you, you can deal with us directly. How long have you had the board? If it's in warranty I can have it fully tested in our labs no problem. Mail the below address and reference this conversation in the e-mail. I will deal with it all for you Monday. It will need to be in warranty for me to get it repaired though... Still happy to test it for you if you like...

Hello,

Bought it in August as I was looking for upgrade on my old build. Had never imagined that something like that could happen..

I am going to send an e-mail right now with all details and stuff that I know, thanks.

I get two things out of this.

Firstly, Gigaman is very helpful and efficient.

Secondly, he must be worked to the bone. I count approximately 10300 RMA items in the space of a month between 11 August and 12 September.

Perfect, I talked to our RMA team who got your e-mail. I will make sure we look into the issues and give you a proper report on the issue.

Thanks!

I am most likely a little bit pain in the lower back to your Rma team, as I do ask few silly questions about things I am not sure of because it is first time for me to sending it back directly to Gigabyte, i will arrange courier as soon as I get some time later this week.

Thank you
