Yes he can but he'd have to have a decent sized army to take all of them out, plus i dont think the writers want to oust Widmore and crew yet.
 
My first thoughts was that Locke sent Sawyer knowing that he'd get all the losties to get on the yacht and sail to Widmore and be killed. But then I realised he made an effort to save Jack from the bombs.

Now I want to know if Widmore actually ordered the woman to kill the losties that got onto the island, or did he just tell her that the missiles were about to be launched and so she told the losties to kneel down so they wouldnt go crazy.

But most likely, Widmore does want to kill the losties/candidates so that MIB has no chance of escaping. But wait, can't MIB escape anyway if all the cadidates are dead?


Ah one other question - do The Others that are following Locke, know that he is the Smoke Monster?

Hmmm...not had many people agree with me on this one but I reckon Jack died when the bombs hit the beach and when Locke/MiB carried him away he brought him back to life, hence him saying at the end " You are with me now "

No.

Jack didn't die, he was simply stunned - you could see that when Locke was running towards him.
 
Wow that's an interesting theory, but it did look to me like he was just stunned. The only reason Locke said "You're with me now" is because he'd just saved him.

Jack and Claire have been known to be siblings for a long time now. Can't remember if it was season 4 or 5 or maybe even before then.
