Lack of sleep last night left me feeling pretty tired throughout the day. Pushed as much as i could with energy i had left over plus what pre helped with. Pretty disappointed.

Havent even been lifting for a year yet lol

Feels good, especially now i have got 3 of my 4 main lifts on or over 100kg.

OHP being around 70 for working sets. It'll be pretty hard getting that to 100 haha

Missed a few back work outs after triceps because i had to leave the gym. Deadlift day today so ill get a few in after i killed off hamstrings etc lol

Bench has been feeling pretty heavy last 2 weeks. Putting that down to the slack week i had few weeks past. Started benching fine untill i hit 95 then i lost all my go. Dropped weight to try and loosen up more and then few sets on singles. Dips seem to be coming along again seeing as i was pretty useless at the lol.

Congrats I'm only hitting deadlifts at 100kg really. Do you do bench press?

70kg OHP is good! It's not easy is it :p

Thanks. 100 was where i was at one point but keep up the good work you'll be banging on more weight soon enough.

I like OHP, was really hard when i first started lifting in may but I've come quite away since then. Pretty comfortable with it now and happy with my form. Probably going to try for a new 1rep max shoulder day.

Busy at work today which left me ****** for the whole session. Felt a boost from pre but not enough.
Was fixing form after my 120dl as they was pretty bad, just tryed to rush them hence the reason for 100kg start (Bad idea). Shoulders tomorrow and taking day off work so late morning/early afternoon session with the brother. Hopefully good nights sleep and decent food should sort this fatigue out!

Happy tht i finally got the 80kg pb, tryed to go for another set on 70 but it killed me off pushing the 80 up but never mind. Concetrate on my working sets for a few more weeks.
