Madeleine McCann cops ask Home Office for more money to continue search for missing child

I guess that means it's OK that a little girl is (almost certainly) dead because a meal and a few bottles of wine were more important to them than looking after her properly
The little girl is probably dead because a weirdo probably broke into her room and abducted her.
Let’s face it, this guy was after someone and if it hadn’t had been Maddy.
He was just looking for a target.

(Assuming that’s what really happened of course)

It’s neglect at the very least. Their actions as parents led to the abduction of their child. They failed to protect their child which is the number 1 responsibility of the parent/s. Them not having repercussions for their actions is why people think they are guilty of more.

So how would putting them both in prison have changed anything?
It just wouldn’t would it

Would the child still be alive if a weirdo hadn’t broken into the room and snatched her?
Dude c’mon. They failed to protect their children how could you possibly not realise that. It’s unrealistic to expect a weirdo (if it was proven to be a weirdo) not to take advantage of situation brought about by said parents not being their to prevent it. It’s the definition of an opportunist which is what a kiddie fiddler is.

As a parent you can’t watch your children constantly.
No I personally wouldn’t have left my 3 year old in a room whilst I had a drink in the bar.
Or if I had I would have left one parent with her.
I’m pretty sure that the McCanns are very well aware of that fact now.
It’s a ‘freak’ incident for a kiddyfidder to just happen to be around at the same time?
That’s why some suggest that’s not what really happened.
I would be more concerned about her having an accident or choking.
Being abducted from the room is the last thing you would imagine.

Ok stop with the nonsense now. Their actions indirectly led to the abduction at least of their child. Their actions would have directly prevented that from happening if they chose to do what is commonly expected of a parent to do. End of really.

Having a peado come into a room steal your child is about as likely as a bear coming in and eating her.

Being around your child so they can't be murdered and abused isn't a deterrent?
How many times in your lifetime has this happened?
It’s not like it’s every week that a child gets snatched from a hotel room is it?
Which is what makes this such a high profile case.
