I played through the demo, was quite impressed, especially as I'm not a big single-player fan. I found the driving to be horrible though, could barely keep the car on the road, had to stop to repair it just driving to the apartment. Somebody said it was the same in Mafia 1, so I guess I'll have to get used to that.

It was fun for the limited amount of time i had on it, Definitely will be buying the retail copy once thats out.

It ran fine on my rig too.

Yes but you can keep playing ad infinitum - it's just 10 minutes per game, not the whole demo.

Ok cool thanks I guess these benchmarks are swaying me to see how it would run on my system. Great game Mafia I, have high expectations on II.

i have a single 480 getting 30fps x4 aa on physx to med 1920x1080 ev thing else to max, if i turn physx and aa off fps gos up by 100-120 fps

i get avg of starting at 30 then getting to 20fps as the bench goes through different stages, with everything max (19x12 res, full aa physx etc, no vsync) will try with less aa later

on a 280/i7stock/8gig of ram. hmm

Whats the point in physics?

ahaha lurko my AMD 965 and 5870 pwns your results.

I get 55.7fps average.

ahaha i7 fails.

I had my 2.4 c2d running at stock for some gay reason, just wacked it up to 3.4 and gained 1fps in that benchmark so its def gpu limited.
