Not really, seems to be the norm these days. Ubisoft have been doing it for years.

Thats how companies roll these days, it's how things have rolled for years. Show great looking pre-release gameplay, nice shiney graphics (here's looking at you The Division and No Mans Lie) then gimp it before release.

Disgusting, another game edging me closer to purchasing a Scorpio or PS4 Pro next year and forgetting about overpriced PC gaming right now.

We need more PC exclusives, big titles to really push the hardware and use it properly

I already did earlier but it's been lost amongst 30fps backlash posts.

Love the way they introduce you to the character/back story and the voice acting is really quite good. Everything you expect from a mafia game. Driving in sim mode is quite good definite heft to the vehicles. Gunplay is satisfying as is the brawling if a little simplistic. Graphically, really nice artistic style to the visuals and aside from the 30fps cap no stuttering etc that some releases have been plagued with.

Overall I'm enjoying it just a shame about the 30fps cap.

Just played it for 20 minutes.
Unbelievably awful. Graphics settings are terrible. Game looks far worse than Mafia 2 even "maxed out". 21:9 doesn't work properly. Game is blurry as hell, 30fps feels terrible. Complete garbage

Yes very, it's going to get slated in the reviews and rightly so, completely unplayable for me

Graphical settings are beyond a joke. AA options for example are just "low, medium, high" Tried them all, all look awful.

30fps feels terrible and looks terrible

They can get a refund in a matter of seconds and also gain benefits from pre-ordering so why wouldn't they?

Those who bought from steam yup... but what about all those that didn't and I be willing to bet that most went with cd key sites for the cheaper price.

What are the benefits of pre-ordering again? Genuinely have no clue what it is for this game? Is it the 30 fps cinematic console experience with Vaseline smeared across the screen? Usually it is just some crappy skins, in game currency, a crappy DLC that last 10-30 minutes...
