I find it more suspicious that Kaiowas has six people he believes are town already. The fact that you think I'm the strongest mafia candidate at the moment is odd too. If I am mafia then my strategy is ******* terrible.

After reading this I thought, "I'd best go back and review this 'strategy' because I've obviously missed something."

Below I present the sum total of your contribution to this game:

2) I can't bring myself to vote for Leprechaun, didn't we kill him first last time

6) I'd hardly say I was lurking. It's day one, there is nothing to go on at the moment so it's just people blind firing out votes. We have plenty of time so there is no need to vote someone based on their facial hair yet.

Perhaps it's just because I've come off a very successful Mafia game but I've realised how pointless and slapdash day one is, drawing conclusions from anything posted is borderline dangerous and I think we've been wrong every day one. It also leads to circumstances like with 47 last game where it distracts the town for days and lets the mafia get a big lead.
Vote for me if you want, I'm not mafia but it'll help me prove my point
11)And i say there is no such thing as a well reasoned Day 1 lynch. I've already said it's needed but lets not kid ourselves that it's anything other than random.
People need to defend themselves sure....how exactly? People's votes are dubious at best and down right random at worst, no defense is possible against a vote without justification.
12) How often do the mafia hide though? Other than Ghost last game (who hid from the entire game, including the night time discussions!) the mafia have always been pretty involved. This is why the 'lurker theory' is so flawed.
13) Tbh, that is thee most suspicious thing anyone has said to me. No-one knows how much "experience" you have because this is the first game you've participated in. Setting yourself up as a martyr like that feels like a distraction tactic (much like mafia late on saying things like "we need to band together now")

17) I'm sticking with Chriscubed. He's loud, erratic and distracting.

19) That's not really a case at all, it's just blind guessing. Pretending it's anything other than that at this stage is ridiculous.
20) Incorrect. Several people have posted guesses about how they guess they feel about people at this point. Pretending it is anything other than that is ignorant.

There doesn't appear to be a single insight in there. Nothing constructive. You've spent the whole game basically telling everyone else that we're wasting our time trying to learn anything on day 1.

Now I could still be wrong and you could very well be town but you're sure as hell not acting like it. After reading that, if anything, I'm more convinced that you have no interest in finding the scum.

Brabbinho - As I said before my vote was placed to give the best chance of a successful scum lynch, I'm more than happy to change my vote should the options available change but at this time a single vote for one person isn't going to achieve anything without knowing that support for my opinion is there.
 
Perhaps you should try reading it again :)

I'm very interested in finding them, I just think rapid vote switching, claiming you are pro town and being very noisy isn't the best way to do it. I've already said I think day one is pot luck. But please, continue trying to 'find' the scum.
 
Kaiowas I commend you on your time taken to construct your previous post on the scoring system, however it is unlikely I will have much time between now and the end of the night to post much or vote.

I've already said Shamikebab has had the biggest anti-town approach, however it is a bit hard to believe that if he was scum he would be so obvious about it. So I'm torn about where to put my vote as I don't really see a big case against 47. Pookie only slight suspicions.

I'm going to go where the most evidence lies and with my gut feeling for now and I'll make sure I at least check how voting is going before the end of the game day. So, my vote:

The only changes I'm aware of are that Leprechaun has cancelled his vote and Egon has voted for Shami

That should leave chriscubed, Fortyseven and Pookie on 3 votes each, shami on 1 with Leprechaun, Fortyseven and Psymonkee not currently voting

I have come to the new conclusion that whether or not you're mafia, you're quite clearly unhinged. You've resorted to cutting and pasting phrases to help justify your position when those two statements were in response to two clearly different points. I'm not panicking, but I am done talking with you.

If anyone else who thinks I'm mafia wants to talk, then let's talk.

Indeed, this is why I'm considering changing my vote. For the record I voted for Pookie, his defence of "I'm town" is utterly pathetic but he's only aroused the suspicious of a few people and me voting for him is doing precisely nothing except annoying him.

Not voting is more scummy. We need 7,assume worst case 4 scum meaning we would need 7/9 people voting to kill a scum. Vote for whoever of the current 3 is the most scummy in your eyes. If they do something to make themselves appear town, everyone else will change their votes.
 
I will soon be unavailable for tonight. My quandry is as follows:

1) Keep my vote for Fortyseven, if he was a more reliable player at this game this would be a certainty for me, but he has history of poorly thought through posting :p
2) Unvote Fortyseven and vote Leprechaun - I don't trust abstainers.

10/15 minutes for me to decide.

Friday night probably is probably not the best night for this, looks like a number of people are going out for the night with no chance of further posting.

As others have said, everyone needs to vote tonight, and preferably for someone relevant. Voting for someone with 0 votes now is probably not going to contribute to the lynch and will look nearly as scummy as an abstain.
