Can someone clarify something for me. How come Nick Heidfeld's Renault says 'LOTUS' all over the rear spoiler along with the Lotus badge on his driving clothes? He and Petrov drive Renault, while Trulli and Kovalainen drive Lotus Renault. :confused:
 
Hamilton has been given a 20 time penalty for moving more than once while defending.
Drops him to 8th place behind Kobayashi.

Don't think we saw that?

Did they state which incident / when this was?

I will laugh if it's related to the coming together with Alonso, if only to watch JRS fly into rage when everyone calls the FIAs bias into question again :p

pitty he didnt get one last year when he weaved all over defending against petrov...

didnt see any weaving in this race though?

The above mentioned questioning will only be worse if that was the case, it drops Lewis but Alonso would still be a few seconds ahead of Kobayashi and so would keep 6th! :p
 
I think it was either against the renualt or on the straight before alonso crashed into him... I did wonder at the time why no one said anything. He drifted to the inside (one move) then to the outside (to take the corner) and then repeated.
 
Not too impressed with Coulthard and Brundle now. This is the second race, yet everytime a yellow flag comes out (which I spot instantly as the lap count at the top of the screen goes yellow) they never seem to spot it or comment on it, I'm always curious to see if it's a driver gone off or a car broken down.

You end up seeing it two laps later as a replay, well.. sometimes :rolleyes:

Both were given post-race drive-troughs, meaning 20 seconds added to their final times.

The penalty has dropped Hamilton to eighth, with Sauber's Kamui Kobayashi taking seventh.
