Malaysian Grand Prix 2013, Kuala Lumpur - Race 2/19

I think that is more down to the Lewis love in and the Vettel is the anti-Christ attitude on here.

Lets face it, most people liked Red Bull until we went from the "party" team to the dominant force. Reminds me of the Ferrari hate during 2000-2005.

It will never change, regardless of who is at the front, its the nature of the sport.

I honestly don't remember such dislike for Williams when they dominated. Maybe because they are the only team recently to properly just let their drivers get on with it and may the fastest driver win and who cares about the drivers title.

Are you talking about the "Mansell" years, maybe a Britsh driver had something to do with that?

Really? So what did RBR do that tied Webber up?

If anything they did nothing more than say "I promise I won't punch you" before then swinging for you.

Told him to back off, turn his engine down - dropping tyre temp/pressure, brake temp, corner speed, everything.

He eventually decided that discretion was the better part of valour and elected not to cause a huge accident. If he had caused a huge accident it would probably have precipitated his exit from the team (which might happen anyway but on his terms) and maybe lost him the vast amounts of goodwill he has around the world.

I know you can't see that what Vettel did was wrong so I'm going to "do a Webber" - take the high ground and abandon this topic.

You can continue being a supporter of slippery, underhanded tactics and I hope you reap what you sow.

Dude you are really going to hate it here. Once Vettel and RBR start to pull out a naughty lead (which you will) everyone will be baying for blood and actively willing Vettel to have a 180mph crash into the most solid object on track. It gets quite intense at times.

You missed out the fact that the history books will remember Vettel as the champion. I will go out on a limb here and say he will be the Champion again this year.

I think i'd of give seb a sly slap if I was webber!!

Merc on the other hand maybe should have let Rosberg through but fair play to him keeping with team orders even if he strongly disagrees with them at that given point!

Great to watch though :)

Never seen such behaviour here before :)

I wondered how long you would drag this one out for before you hopped on your high horse and rode off. Shall I expect more love letters through trust, or are you going to follow me round trying to prove me wrong some more first?

on the plus side whatever side of the fence your on with regards the Vettel/Webber issue, for the rest of the year perhaps we'll only have to watch one team issue team orders as sure as hell those rare occasions Webber is in front of Vettel, he isn't going to give up the place "for the team" :D

Like Brazil 2012?
