US: Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (US timeline) *spoilers*

Watched the first episode last night, well I got 1/2 way through and turned it off - found it really quite boring.

I enjoy the Marvel films but this just didn't grab my attention. Disappointed as I was looking forward to watching it but I have better things to watch so that will go on the 'watch if I really have nothing else to do' pile.
 
Well this weeks was a meager improvement. It seems to have gone on a low fat cheese diet, which did improve it. Still saying that, I really don't like the cast, aside from Skye being pretty damn hot, which keeps my interest the rest are just too wooden.
I may keep with it, but I won't feel it's a loss if I forget to watch it.
 
She's lovely so is Jemma but if ep 3 is as bad a ep2 even them two wouldnt make me tune in. Yet she looked very good this episode.

Edit: Okay after watching it. Its lost 50% of the cheese from the first 2 episodes. I kept seeing myself getting distracted from this episode. Kept looking at the phone etc. Little things in the show still annoy me when they really shouldn't.

When they are cutting the safe the plasma torch is about 1 second out of sync to the flame/sparks itself. So noticeable..

When skye goes to the outdoor function thing. Why is she in a proper bright dress and every other women in black or dark blue dresses? Why does she need to stand out so much, we all know shes the lead actress?

When Coulson and the Ward just get through the shield barrier. Why does Ward have to do the funky typical action dive through the force field? :rolleyes:

It annoys me that Ward who is meant to be this single man killing machine wears a BP vest yet Coulson keeps his suit on..

Just the little things :D

It got better this week, setting up some villains for the future by the looks. I'll stick with it as two of my favourite shows started very wobbly and got epic, ST:TNG and Fringe, hopefully SHIELD will do the same as it irons out the kinks.
 
Skye running from those guards, certainly grabbed ones attention..

I'm actually finding Ming Wen to be more tollerable in this show, possibly because the wooden nature of the character, fits her acting style.

But yeah, really enjoying this now, I usually enjoy the majority of the shows I watch, as long as it entertains me I'm happy, just hope theres more action soon, love the fighting scenes :D
 
Once again not bad episode but its still suffering from that they are trying to be funny with every second line, it kind of reminds me of the last season of SG1 where it started to interfere with the flow of the story.

And then there's Skye does any one really believe she will betray shield?
 
Nice ep.

Not sure if they're trolling us with Coulson being a robot/LMD now.

Coulson keeps saying hes 'rusty', he has trouble unloading a gun, comments on 'should be muscle memory', and earlier in the ep Ward says to Coulson 'Fury gave you some autonomy for what you did' ..
