*** Mass Effect 3 ***

Half way through ME2 now...God there are still loads of bugs in this game. I have had to reload about 4 times so far because of falling through levels/getting stuck in scenery etc.

I can't take any of Harbinger's smack talk seriously now!

PS. I read a couple of the comics on the train today as well...Mass Effect week for me

Edit- Everything to do with Mordin is just so well written in this game!

Eugh...IGN- http://uk.ign.com/articles/2012/12/05/next-mass-effect-3-dlc-has-high-potential-for-tears

Next dlc looks pretty big. All writers confirmed for it...yay! including Mac Walters....:(.
Also looks like squadmates will feature as well.

In a post on the BioWare forums, designer Jos Hendriks explained that a team of about eight writers were penning the script, most of whom had worked on some aspect of the game before, saying, "It's all hands on deck for this one. Pretty much every ME3 DLC writer here in Edmonton is involved. (which would include both Patrick Weekes AND John Dombrow)."
While that handles the story of the game, what about the music? Well, it seems series veteran Sam Hulick is set to return to score the new DLC, tweeting last night, "What I'm up to lately: working on an unannounced Mass Effect 3 DLC! More details on this coming later on."
Hulick has previously worked on the first and second Mass Effect games, as well as Mass Effect 3, though he was noticeably absent from the soundtrack for the recent Leviathan and Omega expansions. He also dropped in a little tease about what he's planning on bringing to the table this time, tweeting, "Tossing in piano and muted strings for this one particular piece. High potential for tears. #ME3DLC"
The final piece of info we have covers some of the voice actors that are set to return. It seems Seth Green, who's voiced Normandy pilot Joker since the series began is back as BioWare producer and voice director Caroline Livingstone tweeted him to say, "@SethGreen thank you for yet another fantastic session. And thank you for being such a kind person. You are lovely!"
Additionally, Raphael Sbarge who voices squadmate Kaiden Alenko tweeted back in October that he was recording new lines for the game. With none of the squadmates appearing in Omega, it looks like this was also for the unnamed upcoming DLC.
This will be the fifth major single-player DLC pack BioWare has released for Mass Effect 3. With such a host of big names being called back in, do you reckon this could be the studio planning to see the title off with a bang?

Can't really imagine what it will be tbh. IT was the only hope for this game anyway, and that died months ago

Thats actually a little out of date as there are now 9 writers assigned to it, tis good to see Sam Hulick back to do the music, he hasn't been seen since the EC.

As you can imagine, the Twitter thread on BSN has gone into melt down, lots of wild speculations all over the place. :p

After the shambles that was the ME3 ending, I haven't returned to the SP campaign since.

However whilst bored at work last week I began reading the ME3 wiki on the Reapers, and eventually the Leviathans. I love the lore in the ME universe so I bought the Leviathan DLC.

Generic garbage right until the last 10minutes or so, which were simply epic. The damage caused by that pathetic ME3 ending is now somewhat lessened after learning about the origins of the Reapers and the Starchild.

Omega sounded rubbish from the outset tbh, and it was clear that the lead dev bloke from Bioware was talking garbage over twitter hyping it up.

Is there any Mass Effect 3 DLC's released already? Can't find any on origin.

I found it really hard to...well find. I think you have to buy to through in-game going to 'downloadable content'. I couldn't find them anywhere on Origin or Bioware page.

And you say already....Javik was released on day-one!

Omega sounded rubbish from the outset tbh, and it was clear that the lead dev bloke from Bioware was talking garbage over twitter hyping it up.

Yeah it was obvious from the start that Omega was pointless. I have bought Leviathan though for my trilogy playthrough(near the end of ME2), as I already had Bioware points laying in my account.

Why can't I find these to buy? Lol. Not on origin or GMG.

Are they purchased in game?

10 minutes in to Mass Effect 3 and I have already convinced myself of the Indoctrination Theory again:o ....this is just sad:( I have been thinking about this game WAY too much!

What does the extended ending of ME3 actually contain?

A new option for the final choice(the only option some might say), a few explanations for scenes which literally made no sense before it was released, a few extra dialogue options which explain a little bit more(but are still bullcrap to me).

Oh and you actually find out what happened to some of the characters at the end!!!

If it is your first time playing it, you definitely want it.

And don't let my moaning about the ending get to you, some people enjoyed it(though I do have suspicions that most of these people did not play the first two games)....it is just that I have let it affect me far too much..but then I did care about this series a lot!
