I will get ME3 when it has dropped massively in price,so it makes up for the cost of the "DLC" which should have been part of the original content.

^That can't be right, I thought all origin DDE orders will get the From Ashes DLC, regardless of region.

That is not the point. It is a LAUNCH DLC indicating it is content that really should have been part of the game at LAUNCH and it covers an important part of the story.

You also get a headache and not knowing if your order has gone through properly as a free added bonus.

Useless ****ing program, I regret ordering it on Origin now, would have cancelled it by now and got the Collectors edition from Shopto but they ran out.

Unless of course you're getting the physical CE.

Ah fair enough, ive gone for the digital deluxe version, mainly because I wanted to play it at midnight of the release day, but recently found out that you can activate it over origin when the game is released in the US 3 days earlier, and EA allow it too

Just thought I would spread the word.

preordered the CE 6 months ago and now get the canceled email :? don't blame them but it is a pain luckly got a preorder in at Amazon need the CE version to go with my other CE version of mass effect =]

I got Reckoning and the day 1 DLC a couple of weeks ago and immediately thought 'why did I do that', felt a bit of an idiot tbh. Safe to say I'll be buying ME3 without any DLC, it's poor show releasing paid for DLC the same day the game is released.

Having said that I'd day ME 1&2 are probably my favorite games ever so I'm looking forward to ME3 immensely. I've avoided the demo and youtube clips as I don't want anything to spoil the suprise. I just hope I get to meet the Rachni(sp?) again.

I'm adaptable, i got over my dissapointment with ME2 & it grew on me considerably, unless they've made the most epic of screw ups with ME3, there shouldn't be a problem.

The controversy is that there is a major piece of Mass Effect lore which you can only get by buying the CE, or for $10 on launch day.

And now more spoilers about the story have some people upset.
