Thanks a lot dude. Seemed a bit confusing at first but I think i've figured it out.

Is always best to go for games with low odds like 2.2 or whatever for the qualifier bet and then higher odds for the free bet like 4.0+?

Qualify with the lowest best odds, 2.0 is good, less to lay. Then highest best odds you can afford for more profit such as 5.0+.

Ladbrokes are £25 risk free in play on Arsenal for tomorrow (1.5 min and £25 pre match required).

Paddys are £10 in play (£20 pre match required) for Televised Prem on Saturday.

oh.... and my app is now live (and free)... https://appsto.re/gb/9a4N8.i

Easy £16 profit on the Arsenal Tottenham Ladbrookes offer.

Downloaded your app, what does the slider do?

Custom underlay, it's not something everyone will use.

Say for example you are doing a SUB with a large wager requirement, for first bets you may want to underlay so that if your back bet wins you keep all the bonus, the slider allows you to manually decide on that underlay.

If you go over the end of the slider it extends the range.

You can under or overlay.

I've not actually used Matchbook yet, it's on my list of sign ups to do, the reload market is heavy enough at the moment to be using up most of my liquidity so it's on the back burner.

Just locked in a profit on the £25 Ladbrokes refund (Spurs vs City, refund up to £25 is both teams score), bloody hate doing these, too many factors, makes me nervous.

Got mine this weekend, how did you play it? Treat it as a free back bet and avoid using betfair for the rest of the weekend?

Well there is obviously a small chance you can lose £10, but odds heavily in your favour. to make £40-45.
Easiest way is lay £50 on Betfair. As football games are usually close odds (i.e. bookie you back on probably 4.1 odds, betfair exchange 4.2).
Betfair will never screw you if you just use the free bet. What people are daft enough to do is use Betfair for both the back and the lay bet.
I would probably just use Betfair for this bet this weekend and nothing else.

Since starting with matched betting i keep getting text messages from bgo.com, a casino that I've never registered with. Anyone know anything about them and how to get them stop texting me?

Could someone please clarify something for me, i'm still a noob at this.

I was about the deposit £50 to 188bet for their bonus but when reading the T&C's I noticed this;

You are required to wager an amount which is equivalent to five (5) times the bonus amount you may be eligible to receive.

Does that mean I would have have to make £250 worth of qualifying bets in order to get the £50 freebet?
