I don't have a sense of humour when people are making fun out of my prophet. Some people just need to understand other peoples religions.
And then people cry they're not racist, bunch of hypocrites.
Again, how is making fun of a chosen set of beliefs; whatever they may be, racist?

I think its because of the way these beleifs are forced upon others.
You don't see Christians making threats and setting fire to things because people draw Jesus, do you?
I think people are mocking the behaviour of a select few, not an entire religion. Nobody is making fun out of 'your' prophet, they are making fun out of the way people react.

At first there was nothing being made fun out of "your prophet" he was depicted in South Park, not even offensively. After people decided to send death threats to those who created the cartoon everyone else stood up in belief of "Why should we not able to"
Jesus is depicted, Buddha, the pope, what makes Muhammad different?
Besides, no-one is asking you to come in here, you know the thread title is about this subject, you know basically what the thread will contain, so why even bother clicking it?

I for one won't be setting fire to things because of this, I just think it's daft, pathetic and immature. It's fact that when something is done against Muslims, they uproar and fight and all of that. We just don't like our religion getting the pee taking out of it. Whether people go from drawing the Prophet Muhammed pbuh to saying other stuff.
There is a difference from people expressing their opinions, to people doing things deliberately.

Well that was my point, it isn't. Same as it isn't racist when I make fun of Christian beliefs, or they make fun of mine.
Islamophobia? I'm not prejudiced against him and wouldn't discriminate against him. But I would make fun of the Religion, a man made concept he has chosen to believe.
Why not? If we couldn't joke about anything people believed in it would be a pretty dull existance.
If we can joke about one thing, why not everything?
