I've just made my own little sauce ready for my thinly sliced rare beef tonight;

Diced Gherkins
Heinz Mayo
Maille Dijon
Twist of rock salt
Few twists of fresh ground black pepper
Small sprinkle of chives and parsley from my garden

Tastes fantastic. I washed out the mayo squeezy bottle and spooned my mix back in to refrigerate.

McDonalds is the only place where I have consumed Gherkins. I didn't like them when I was younger but in recent years I enjoy them a lot.

Yeah - just based on the taste - I find it hard to believe most ppl like them.

It's all about that initial crunch and the acidic tang, really adds something other food stuffs don't give. The saltiness helps add flavour to your dish too.

Yeah they are delish. First time I tried a gherkin was risking it left in my big mac. Then got hooked eating others that they didnt want separate from burger. Now I'm a fiend for them.
