Its been up for quite a while I believe, same for Phantom Pain. One of those without prices/pre-orders though which seems to be happening more and more now (GTA V, Batman Arkham Knight), I guess they do it to allow community posts but still...

Looking at the system requirements for this, I am a bit concerned about my CPU not being able to run this at 1080p/between 45 and 60fps (the game is capped at 60).

Recommended specs are:
Core i5 Sandybridge 2.7GHz or above.
8GB RAM
GTX 760 or above.

My specs are okay for RAM (I have 8GB), and graphics card (I have a XFX R9 290). Just concerned that my i7 860 will bottleneck the system. cpuboss.com puts a Sandybridge i5 2300 2.8GHz at about the same performance level as the i7 860. I think I might be okay? The i7 860 goes up to 3.4GHz in turbo mode.

It's still not available for sale. It just says "Available: Coming Soon" on Steam now.
