You can still get seated tickets. Having seen Metallica play Wembley Arena being seated isn't exactly the end of the world as nobody is seated during the 2 hours+ they will play for.

They ain't exactly close to the stage but then...who cares???? I've had obstructed view seats seeing them and it doesn't detract from the sound and there will be screens up as well. If I hadn't got standing tickets and wanted to go I'd buy what ever I could.

I got my standing tickets a few weeks after they went on sale... Seating would still be worth it though :)

The arena was good, looks wicked walking up to it and seeing it from the outside. Its visible from miles away too which helps.

When i saw muse there the other week we found a nice little playing field car park about a 2 minute walk away from the arena. Free parking but in a dodgy looking area. Ah well, it wasn't robbed :p

Trains looked to be a nightmare on the way out though. There was different lanes to get into, people in yellow jackets shouting all sorts of crap. I got confused and i wasn't even getting a train!

Standing was great, though if they do the "golden circle" thing like they did at muse i can see a lot of people getting upset. It was basically a first come, first get into the special section at the front and everyone else has a section in the rear of the stadium thats barriered off. There was enough room in the "golden circle" thing to fit tables and chairs... could've rammed loads more of us in there.

Still, wish i was going. I loved hearing One on S&M and i can't begin to imagine how much better it would sound to be there as they played it.

I'm envious of you guys

Only three days to go now and starting to get a bit mad with excitement, this Sunday just cannot come fast enough.

Wembley looked awesome on the Dianna concert last weekend, fill it with 60k+ Metallica fans and that stadium is really going to rock.

Pray the rain goes away other wise it's going to be a bot of a wet one.

doesnt it just have a sliding roof anyway???

Yep, the roof closes but the acoustics are pretty horrendous even with it open, it'd be like being trapped under a tin bath with a wasp with it closed.

It does, but they didn't close it for muse. They came out with gazebo's and plastic bags to cover the speakers

Kind of defeats the point of having a sliding roof, no?

The last 3 setlists they played... looks interesting

Lets hope it doesn't rain! :p
