Mexican Grand Prix 2015, Mexico City - Race 17/19

That marks the end of Vettel's consecutive 105 races without DNFing to a crash :(

It seems when it doesn't go right for Vettel, it's usually the entire race that goes wrong, see: Bahrain.

I think we have all just agreed you have some Hamilton butt hurt going on or something as your not making sense.

No, its not Rosberg or Hamilton related, its just why does one have to wait for the other.

Is that too complex for you to understand?

They should come in as soon as they feel the car getting slower, i.e racing to there maximum potential.

Its about needing equipment to cross the track or stop on it. You don't get a nice 2 to 3 minute gap in traffic with a VSC.

Nothing had to cross the track there. Yes the truck was required but the VSC was introduced in the wake of that exact scenario with Bianchi.

If Hamilton refused to pit and then pit under safety car, would the 18 seconds have been enough? Remember Rosberg would be under slower conditions and so that 18 seconds would be muchh more.

Then Hamilton could have said, no need to worry about safety issues. He'd have track position and fresher tyres :D
