The post race interviews. Just lol.

Race was meh. Was hoping for better both in terms of racing and people going off.

Not that I wish anyone harm but I like the jeapordy it brings when things get mixed up.

Seems they haven’t fixed DRS trains so after 5 races or so and with totally overhauled aero and rules, the races are essentially reflecting what they used to be under the old regs.

Shame as I liked the track and hoped it would have some good racing.

Race was 4/10 for me. Knocked it down to 3/10 because of the ridiculous interviews and OTT American “media” style. Whoo hoo baby, USA!!!! Yeah!!!!

It looks better as they're following closer than previously but they're still all stuck and so they do not go anywhere... Its still just two teams scampering off in to the distance and the rest just following each other around generally.

On a positive note Danica was by far the best American thing in the coverage ;) but in seriousness she played the pundit role really well and wasn’t ‘that’s awesome!’ At every turn.

And on a negative note we have Las Vegas next year, I dread to think what ******** they’ll cook up for that one!! Will make this one look like Village fete.

And the time difference for us ☹️

Average race entertainment wise. Max drove well. Weird how Leclerc dropped off loads before the safety car, but then could keep on Max's tail for quite a while after.

Lewis is going to start getting some sort of mental break/complex with safety cars if one doesn't go his way soon. He's had absolutely absurd bad luck with safety car timings/situations recently.

"Lewis there was a safety car...and now once again your main competitor is on fresh, softer tyres and right behind you on the restart"...

"Arghhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Bottas ended up ****** it in the race as usual. No surprise there.

Some weird coverage by Sky as well. What was that weird podium room few minutes
The TV direction on the last 10 or so laps was awful. Max and Leclerc having a legitimate battle at the front and they kept cutting back to Lewis and George, or worse some massive overhead shots to show off the err.. freeway intersections?
Awful race, awful venue, awful cringeworthy spectacle, welcome to an American owned F1.
Indeed. Both my girlfriend and I work for US owned companies and sometimes it’s like as soon as someone relatively high up and is American it’s like they’re speaking some sort of gospel. It’s like humouring them to be polite - but you have to go and do that stupid thing that ends up reflecting badly on everyone anyway.
