Used the link in my email from CD Keys scroll down and you should see link "Download" took me straight to my key to redeem in Steam.

I Used CD Keys with 5% like discount to get Gold for £60.79, although with Windows Store you will get the benefit of Xbox & PC from the cross play anywhere key.

I only had time to quickly start it up this morning to fiddle with the settings.
If anyone needs to change the monitor the game runs on, you need to select 'Maximised screen' and then drag the window across to the monitor you want to run it on...bit of a backwards way of doing it. The usual solution (changing Windows primary display) didn't work at all for some reason
I ran the Benchmark on Ultra (other than Ultra textures) and weirdly the graphics didn't look that impressive. Almost like it wasn't really running at Ultra.
Also briefly tried the dynamic resolution scaling 'on, but that was appalling. I set the max FPS to 60 and V-sync on, and at 3840 x 2160p, it looked like it was running below 720p!

Despite Titan X SLI's with 12GB VRAM each, the game warned me that 16GB of system RAM wasn't enough for Ultra Textures!
You can even download the movie sequences in 4k on steam as well.

Hmm......interesting.
If I get a chance I will check performance tonight on my 1080ti on ultra.
