I read that too.

In it's self that's not a problem. But in general I do find these days I don't have hours and hours to play these games any more.

It's definitely not a problem. Just neglect the silly little lore collection quests etc. It's what I frequently do.

I think it's being judged on the weight of expectation. The original was a sleeper hit, whereas this has all the high expectations of a top release. My main gripes with the first were the nemesis system felt undercooked and there was a distinct lack of variety in locales. These two appear to be fixed so I'll be a happy camper.

GMG sell the Steam version with 25% off and a further 15% if you use code 15SOW for the normal or silver versions.

I wouldn't use the windows store for anything I didn't have to, it has terrible download problems!

As an avid fan of Middle Earth ended up caving in and pre-ordered the Gold edition from CD Keys, now patiently waiting for the key to be delivered

The one thing that really annoys me with Steam pre-loads in the unpacking process that, for me at least, means anything from 30-60mins of waiting !!!
