The 4k pack on windows store isnt very obvious, i found it late last night.

Havent found the DLC for the guy who died yet on windows store though, Weirdly it says the GOLD stuff isnt compatible with the PC but the crates are showing in the marketplace so they are there even though you cant download the file.

How do you recruit an Orc? One of my weapon challenges is just as such. I also need to poison one enemy to unlock the bonuses on another. I do like this addition.

The only tangible info I can find on this exact point is

Important note: In order for Nemesis Forge to work, you need Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War to be installed on the same platform.

To import your Nemesis and Follower into Shadow of War all you need to do is play Shadow of War on the same platform and with the same account you used for Shadow of Mordor. Shadow of War takes your most recent save from Shadow of Mordor and automatically imports the 2 orcs into your game.

But thats not clear to me if its sufficient to just start a new game in SoW, and my Orcs are already imported, so I can now uninstall SoM, or if I have to keep SoM on my disk. Curse my 256GB ssd!

Mines clear, no Dynamic Resolution everything on Ultra aside from motion blur and depth of field.

Is large page mode worth it? I apparently can't use it..

Well I'm happy to say after 6 hours the game is great fun, very much the same as the first so far. Unlocked the second big area but have so much still to do in Minas Ithal which looks superb.

Just a small tip is you can put runes in your weapons to add extra % chance for any mob to drop ingame cash (the coin to buy crates) and every little helps. I've bought a few crates this way ( no real cash purchase ) and got a few nice legendary weapons and armour pieces.

Make sure dynamic FPS is turned off otherwise it auto changes resolution and it goes all blurry.

I have to play it at 2150*900 (.39x) to keep a healthy 50-60fps but it doesn't suffer visually that much.

Yep after all that, I realised this morning there was an HD pack DLC available to download. The original version had the same.
Cant wait to play it again later to compare!

For some reason running this game is fine, but web browsing is quite a drag.. doesn't appear to do it on other games!

Ah possibly culprit, 97-100% cpu usage! yikes.

How much does the high res textures hurt fps ? I have an i5 @ 4.4k and a 290x @1440p and running about 65fps

Those of you with the 4k cinematics pack installed....are your shelob memories clips working correctly? The memories start to play bit then the audio clicks and they just send you straight back in to the game as if the clip had played through on mine.
