Midweek Football 27-28th October *Spoilers*

I presume you meant 3 or 4 as Utd did score 2 ;)

(to be fair Utd could have scored 6 or 7, and they had 2 or 3 reasonable / decent chances)
No, 2 would have taken it to extra time and we'd have had a chance against 10 men. 3 would have won it for us.

We had plenty more chances than Man U, but Bogdanovic and Hammil couldn't hit a barn door. Foster (Steve not Ben) won 2-3 headers from corners too that could have easily lead to goals if they were on target.

The game was there for the taking imo.

...and if my Aunt had balls she'd be my Uncle.

Liverpool 11:
----------Cavalieri
Degen-Skrtel-Kyrgiakos-Insua
Kuyt--Spearing-Plessis--Babel
-------Voronin-N'Gog

Aquilani's on the bench.

Bendtner, Nasri and Eastmond (who?) start, Watt and Coquelin demoted to the bench. Strikes me we're playing four midfielders and two forwards. 4-4-2? Or is Merida pushing up?

Wenger seems to pick Nasri's position purely at random every game, so I'm never sure. Looks like he's on the left of the midfield three tonight though. Merida up front on the left, Bendtner right, Ramsey DM.
