He said they are Turkish, not in Turkey. Makes sense that someone from there would have contacts and details about what's going on.
I think he knew perfectly well what the assumption would be. He only revealed when he got called out on his bs.
One worrying thing is what will IS be doing to take advantage of this?
It's not looking good for my holiday to Oludeniz in September
Seriously though Mr Jack, trying to imply that you're in touch with someone in Turkey who later turns out to be living in Nottingham, is weak.

:D such a legend.
Wow cant be good.
That's fake it seems.
could be good actually...
the current President has been too Islamic, too authoritarian... made plenty of enemys - if they're genuinely 'restoring democratic order' and getting rid of the current numpty then, though a bit dodgy it could be a good thing... so long as democracy is restored swiftly and new elections held
No. The world would view it as choosing democracy when it suits us.
I think the US will come out with harsh words.
A coup never restores democratic order. It is an oxymoron.
no it isn't, a coup against a dictator for example...
Islam and it's inherent problems with the knuckle dragging side of its followers is beyond tedious to those over here. Especially when it's only the non knuckle dragging Islam followers can do something about but can't be bothered to.
A coup overthrowing an elected government never restores democratic order. It is an oxymoron.
All people circumventing democracy claim to be doing it on some kind of populism. In reality it is all about getting it your own way, getting power for yourself.
