Anyone (Cyclo) running 5800 or 5900 series cards on MW?
I Have a problem with WU's being invalid following validation, dont have this problem on my 4770 and i didnt think i had this with my 4850x2's.
HELP
Since I've recently acquired the title of ' back stabbing deserter ' - I can offer to help
Post us a link to the WU in question.
How many invalid wus are you getting ? Everyone gets a few - nothing to worry about - but if it's a high percentage then watchout !

My 5830 had a few of these a couple of days ago but they are all gone now from my task list on the MW server.

Im running XP64 with the standard app, i detached and re-attached earlier and have tried ccc 10.4 10.5 and now 10.7.
Ive even backed off the processor just in case but this was never a problem before, may try a clean install of XP tomorrow if i have time.

My boinc version 6.10.56
Client but yours should be fine : Running Milkyway@home ATI GPU application version 0.20b (Win64, CAL 1.4) by Gipsel
dll used : CAL Runtime: 1.4.696
Maybe try to roll back your boinc version and cal runtime as provide by the ATI drivers.
Might be worth taking a cheeky look at what cyclo is using

Running two 5970's at stock, i want to get it up and stable before i fit the accelero coolers that arrived today

Interesting as the client assumes you have 4 5850s ... but it looks like you're not the only one.... read here

Finally got a clean install of XP64 up and running rolled back to CAL 1.4.636 installed the dummy plugs extended the desktop. Boinc sees all 4 gpu's and crunches 4 tasks.

Before i removed one of the dummy plugs i had 6 WU's running all very strange.
The good thing is ive just overtaken Mr cyclo (parp) for RAC
