Mini keyring-sized digital camera/camcorder

Still looking for a UK seller that does the #3 cheap.

There is a guy selling ones for £9.95, but they are #5's after me contacting him.

There is another person that lists one at £49.99. Eek i know, however, looking at the 36 he has sold, the price was £9.99 and then £12.99. So i dunno if its a typo or what. Asked him if he would sell one at the cheaper price, but haven't heard back yet. Im about 85-90% sure the ones he sells are #3 because even though it says on the spec page that the image resolution for pictures is 1600x1200 (which according to that Chucklohr 808 website indicates its a #5), I have asked him what colour the time stamp is and what colour the LED light is. He said both are yellow, so im pretty sure it is infact a #3

I bought this one:

I think its a #3

I had a good 15 minutes of footage from my RC car but the AVI ended up as 0kb. I guess something happened during recording but the battery wasn't dead and the card was empty. It could be the fact that I drove it at full speed over a speed bump and it flew about 2 foot in the air before crashing to the road and throwing the speed controller and RC comms battery pack out onto the road.

I ordered mine on the 10th from the link in the OP and it arrived today. I was expecting a longer delay what with the huge backlog because of the volcanic ash.

It's charging now so I'll probably take it out for a drive later. Where's the best place to mount it inside the car?
I was thinking about sticking it to the interior mirror or something.

it stuck fine on mine with blue-tac. There was a big reflection of the dash though on most of it.

Good ol' blu-tac. :)

I'll give it a go and see what happens.

How long does it take to charge, and will the light change colour when it's fully charged?

If you have a TomTom one then the window suction mount makes a great mount for the camera. Fully adjustable with the ball mount so you can get it in the exact position you need.

Just use a zip tie to hold it on.

Here's some footage I took earlier of a quick drive around Tunbridge Wells. Nothing too exciting, I was just testing the camera. I'm very pleased with it so far, so much so that I think I'll order another one soon. They really are a bargain at that price.
I stuck it to the front of my dashboard near the windscreen with some blu-tac which seemed to work quite well. My windscreen was very dirty though and it shows in some parts of the footage.

The quality has suffered a bit since uploading it to youtube, etc. Watch it in 480p.

This guy's are #3's and they are £6.21 now. :)
Ordered mine on the 7th and it came today.

Just caved in and purchased from the seller above. Just need to source a micro SD card now, either that or pinch the one from my other halfs R4 card. Already got a mount sorted for the car, Garmin sat-nav mount seems to be perfect for such a task. Has anyone had luck with taming down wind noise?
