Monaco Grand Prix 2014, Monte Carlo - Race 6/19

Haha. Regardless, Rosberg will be loving this. We know when Lewis gets upset he drives like a ****. Nico must be planning something to annoy Lewis at every race. Next up he sleeps with Shirtswinger. Race after that he Facebook friends Lewis's mum.

Watching Sky, Hamilton is in a proper sulk. We said the only guy who'd beat Hamilton this year is Hamilton, and once again he shows his ability to chuck his toys. Needs to clear his head and focus ASAP, because he's very capable of letting this drag on.

He looked far more relaxed out of the conference

Exactly, you just know hammy's gonna do something stupid like last year, barring something unexpected happening he should just take his 2nd place and move on to next race.

Deffo deliberate, the reversing when you knew people were behind you enforcing a continued yellow, no reason anyone would do this except to make sure of the flag.

Also most importantly the replay to me says absolutely on purpose. He locked up WAY WAY late, he was slowing down and waving his wheel left and right.

You do not brake AND turn, you brake then turn, you certainly don't brake then turn left, right, left right, left right. He was forcing a lock up, how on earth would anyone play with the steering wheel while braking in that situation or reverse while others were qualifying. He slowed down, swung the wheel around to force a minor lock up then pulled left, then reversed.

Without question it was on purpose now, it's very very very obvious.

Wow. Lol. Your funny.

But you now what, I've got better things to do than feed the trolls :p

I wouldn't say it was deliberate but Hamilton clearly thinks it was.

It's funny to watch but his petulant child performance doesn't do him any favours.

I just hope he doesn't let it get to him and he doesn't end up doing something stupid tomorrow.

And he's quite childish and easily rattled. So... the same as the posters on here who think it was deliberate too.

Tbh the suggestion it was deliberate is insignificant when compared to the suggestion that the race director should have stopped waving yellows while Rosberg was reversing the wrong way up the track!

He already screwed up his lap. There was no time to make it round and do another lap, so why choose then to reverse out, when people are still trying to do hot laps?

It was selfish and obviously calculated. Rosbergs demeanour during the interview wasnt exactly convincing either.

One thing other drivers with harder mentallity can see from this is how easily and quickly you can make Hamilton go from 'new cool hamilton' to broken again.

This will make headlines and be great to see but Rosberg doesn't have the game over a season to cause Hamilton this much upset. I think we need a couple of hamilton DNF's to make this run all season for the laughs.

See everyone in the pit lane that isn't a commentator trying to bat the flames thinks it was a 100% deliberate move. It was SO clear in the replay I have NO IDEA how people can't see it.

Sigh... we get called trolls for making the correct call.

lol, so all the team bosses know it's on purpose, and it is very obvious.

Braking while waving the wheel around, you would NEVER do this while attempting to do a fast lap, it's ridiculous. You will cause a lock up doing this and he locked up at the end of his braking, not the start, and you would not wave the wheel left to right.

look where Rosberg is as Hamilton goes past, he reversed all the way up to the edge of the track... ridiculous, you would never do that unless forcing a yellow flag.

It's also clear from everyone who insists it couldn't be on purpose what their agenda is. It's simple driving, you do not put the brakes on and turn left and right over and over, ever, it's the complete opposite of good driving. The only thing you will accomplish doing that is locking up, and there is only one reason to go to the end of a run off, then reverse back to the track while people are racing when there is no chance of getting another lap in.

EDIT:_ as I pointed out, pundits are there to be friends with drivers, they need to be friends with them to get interviews and do segments. You will exceptionally rarely find a commentator in these positions bad mouthing anyone, those whose job does not rely on the drivers being friendly and willing to be on camera and find time to them all think he did it on purpose. Mika thinks it's on purpose and you can see on ALL the commentators faces exactly what they believe, and what they are saying to not take a stand.

Ted reporting that the team bosses and mechanics he has spoken to all think it was deliberate from Rosberg.

Who is going to bring the banner with "Parking spot reserved for Nico Rosberg" at the Grand Prix then? Just like someone did for Schumacher.

Yeah, nobody else in the pitlane would have any interest at all in fanning the flames on an inter team mate Mercedes argument?

Not really? Mercedes are so far ahead no team has any hope at all in catching them, in fact I would say they are the best source of a valuable opinion.

Petulant child? I think he's actually being very grown up about it. He's not blasting Rosberg in interviews. He's keeping calm and focusing on what he needs to do.

Bear in mind at this point he's not spoken to the team or Rosberg directly, not has he seen any telemetry from the cars to know whether or not it was done on purpose.

I would like one of the guys who knows we are just Lewis fans and trolling, to explain why Rosberg was turning like he was and why he attempted to reverse on track during qualifying when he had zero chance of completing another lap?

So let me get this straight: When Webber chucks his toys out of the pram and starts being a big baby its great and he is a 'lad' but when Lewis does it, he is a pretulant child and "broken".
