What old wives tale book have you been reading? The other issue is that protein wakes you up, so eating a full meal late at night will also probably mess up your sleep patterns

It is all in the genetics in the end. If your family have a history of problems do what you can to supplement it. If your families all live into their 90's go for it.
My grandad on both sides lived into their 90's. Both brought up on bread and dripping and both smoked for large portions of their life.
Fast as much as possible...
This is new on any fads or "proper" diets that I've noticed in the past.
Who's agenda is pushing that one?? People that can't afford to eat? The poor? Is it a drive to make the population skinnier? Probably worth it lol.
Or is fasting the time between my breakfast and lunch, if I have it, dinner..?
I'm not eating, therefore I'm fasting.
Last time I spoke to a dietary professional at work, ( i seriously can't remember the English words for it, help)
They say people should eat little but often.....
Oh well.
The key to eating late can't be 14 pints beforehand a dance though can it?Lolz. At the weekend I tend to eat at around 3am-4am. I go straight to sleep afterwards. Done it for years.
So would something like Flora margarine be bad for you or worse off than butter?
Butter ingredients:
Cream.
I know what I'd rather use.
I'm never getting to 80 anyway.
Where's the nearest Greggs?
What animal chooses unsalted butter?!
Salted butter on things.
Unsalted to cook with.
We're not animals.
Which?I know what I'd rather use.
Which?
Ah you want a diet of "less stuff" regardless of impact to health. Gotcha. The one with less stuff in it, personally. Also it tastes good, so added bonus.
High sugar/carbohydrate intake also factor quite highly in heart disease risk.
