Yeah 2015 onwards. But its the other teams they pick up that will be the most important for Japanese drivers. They need some midfielders to run Honda engines and field Japanese potential. I don't know if anyone else has expressed and interest in Honda? Although with the standardized dimensions chopping and changing engine manufacturers between seasons won't be too difficult.

Anyone else watch that video and marvel at how primitive and 'clean' (in terms of lack of aero lumps and bumps) the cars looked back in 2009? They looked odd at first, especially the narrower, taller rear wing and 'snowplough' front wing but now they look better than what they've evolved into...

Yea their upgrades have made a huge difference at the moment, always have the feeling Sauber could go a lot further if they had stacks of cash.

Oh well, won't miss that track. Shame to see Spain struggling that much financially, the whole place looks a wreck.

Danish driver Kevin Magnussen is on the shortlist to take Marussia's second seat for next season, according to the team's Sporting Director Graeme Lowdon.
Magnussen is part of McLaren's young driver programme and is on track to clinch this year's Formula Renault 3.5 Series championship.
McLaren Team Principal Martin Whitmarsh is determined to get the 21-year-old a drive for next year and Marussia, who rely on McLaren for part of their technical operation, are an option.

So Marussia could run Bianchi for Ferrari and Magnussen for McLaren? Make the battle at the back of the grid a rookie championship
Bianchi (aside from racing this year) has racked up significantly more miles in an F1 car than Magnussen.
