Is this a hang over from Grand Am? I can't remember ALMS races being filled with idiots causing constant cautions?

LMPC is an ALMS hold-over. Wasn't GTC bad for this because of the similar Pro-Am requirements? Also, the track is apparently more slippery than usual, if Bourdais' comments were anything to go by.

The class is an ALMS one, but I can't remember the drivers being fools.

GTC was a bit hit and miss though, to be fair. Plus there's about 65 cars or something in this years Sebring which is going to make it tight.

pfft stupid ****** sky..

only 13min highlights from the race on skygo?
supposed to be f1 replay on starting at 12.

yet F1 legends montoya is on

since when is montoya an f1 legend

what next f1 legends grosjean and maldonado

I lost interest really. The lack of a P1 class makes it feel like its sort of missing something?

Audi lapping a couple of privateers 5 times, treating it as a glorified test session? What was interesting about that? I'd like to see more than 4 cars in a prototype class personally.

Quite a gap between those, but whatever :p

You been at the iillegal substances again arknor?

Montoya got very close to the 2003 drivers title. He lost it on FIA interference and bad luck and could outdrive schumacher on his day. Loads of pole positions during the single car qualifying period and a handful of race wins against the dominant Ferrari's of the period when the BMW didn't grenade at 20000rpm. A champcar title and Indy 500 winner in his rookie year in a unfamiliar car.

Montoya got a drive on talent. Same can't be said about Loldonardo.

Berger got a program as well, was he undeserving?

If we're judging on Grand Prix starts then Barrichello would qualify.
and he's no legend ;) that's for sure...

I see why Montoya is considered a legend by some, he did some remarkable things in a short period of time, and probably would have gone on to win the WDC if he stayed around/got a good car/team.

I've seen some of the work he does outside of motorsport and the is worthy of the legend status.

A legend is not the one who starts the most races or has the most race wins, it's much more than just stat's.
