"We cannot take into consideration quotes from a man like him," the spokesman added, "a man who gave 780 pages of Ferrari documents to the chief designer of McLaren, who exchanged 320 e-mails and SMS messages with him.

And then none exist and he has no evidence to back up the flow of data he was claiming to have aquired from mclaren.

I have to agree a desperate lie from an awful cheat.

Hang on, was this not from a time when fuel loads were known and published, meaning everyone who watched the build up also knew every cars pit stop strategy?

After qualifying. Not during. Or during the race either.

Pretty good. Shame the Active suspension article is incorrect. ;) Lotus introduced Active Suspension in 1982 with the Lotus 92 *sad Lotus geek that I am*

Well it was hardly rocket science if you knew the starting fuel weight to know how much fuel was in the car at all times with people watching and timing fuel going in at each pitstop. Hell even commentary worked it out for you on the fly.

Then again that was all probably a bit too much to work out for mclarens strategists. :D

Look who was racing at Dubai 24hr and yes that is the same family.

I find it quite odd but then at the same time, you don't have to be like your relatives. Especially as all off them disowned him and public said he was doing wrong.

Yeah I get what you mean. It seems a bit odd at first, but then I remember I have members of my extended family that I have never met and know little or nothing about.

Trouble is, they keep having to fit with how many people actually want to race.

GT2 died out in Europe as everyone went to GT3 instead. GT1 has always struggled. In America there is just a single GT class now as they had no GT1 entrants.

LMP has the same issue. Last year, other than Sebring where Pug and Audi went, the whole LMP1 ALMS series had a single team in it.

However, the best thing to come from all this shake up is GT3. The GT3 European Championship this year is going to be simply epic. The 12C GT3 from McLaren will join Merc, BMWs, Audis, Fords, Ferraris, Lambo's, and Porsches. There will be races with up to 30 cars in!

Shame theres no UK round this year though :(

Awesome* competition from HRT!
The prize is an accreditation for two people to accompany the team during a whole day, Sunday the 4th of March, at the Formula 1 preseason test in Barcelona*.

*HRT facilitates access to the circuit but does not cover costs for travel and accomodation
So you can win a prize worth €5!!! And cost yourself hundreds in flights and hotels! Dumbasses.

And that's even assuming HRT even make it to the test in the first place. Seriously, how did these idiots get a slot on the grid? They would look amateurish in a hill climb, let alone F1.

*Not awesome in any way
