I'd much rather see Lando move to Mercedes and Lewis either fulfills his dream to drive at Ferrari, or he gives the newly revived McLaren a go (on the dangerous presumption Silverstone wasn't a one-hit wonder).
I feel like we have to give it 2 or 3 races at least to show whether they've turned a corner or not.

It diddnt for merc but that was due to Hamilton being Hamilton aka very good with social media etc
Winning everything did well for Merc as it shows them as being a competent manufacturer, which will help them sell cars. The same can't really be said for Red Bull, when all they manufacture is fizzy pop. They're just in it for the branding and awareness, which they don't get if they're 30 seconds down the road.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Ricciardo and Perez swap seats, providing DR does ok in the Alpha Tauri, once Max has mathematically won the drivers championship... So after the August "break?"
I can't see it. As awful as Perez has driven the last few races, he's still getting points and Red Bull don't really have anything to worry about.
For next season, I could absolutely see it. Unless Perez ups his game massively he'll be off to a much lower tier team, emulating Bottas.

Can't see any other teams even looking at Perez unless he's willing to drive for peanuts. He's just not great.
Normally I’d expect someone to give him a drive thanks to the millions he brings in Telmex sponsorship but now the cost cap means most teams don’t need to chase sponsors that much, although apparently Williams, Haas and maybe Alpha Tauri and Alfa Romeo are still below the cap.

Plus from what I've read it sounds like a lot of teams are switching off and thinking about their 2024 cars already.. So even less pressure on RB to make a change.

Obligatory, 'I really should go to this one day.' :D

If you like your cars then yes, you most definitely should. I’ve done the Revival once and FoS 3 times now and every time has been fantastic. It’s expensive for what it is but there’s nothing like it.

If you, or anyone else, are thinking of doing the FoS, I would recommend doing the full 4 days. Thursday is by far the quieter day so it’s a good day to wander round the show, stands, displays or the ride alongs etc. with anything you missed catch up on the Friday. The cars typically run up the hill multiple times each day so you don’t particularly miss anything by not watching the runs on Thursday or Friday. Saturday begins the timed runs so drivers start pushing but you get all the demo runs still with Sunday being the day you want to watch th le hill. For demo runs I’d say the stand outside the house is the best as that typically where drivers doughnut and show off. The start line is also good for the demo runs. For the timed runs, Molecombe is the best IMO. It’s a tricky corner so a good one to watch drivers navigate plus there’s usually a big screen opposite so you can easily watch the full run too.
