Yea, this was hilarious. Dude did a full day of interviews and then went on holiday before submitting the report. Maybe because it was short notice.

Someone also said that this was going on for a while so would be interesting to know how far back it went.
This bit makes me laugh. Why pick someone to deal with it who's just about to go on holiday?! :D Unless they wan't to drag it out... //dons tinfoil crash helmet//

So the dutch article that came out today also suggests that some in F1 circles have known about Horner and his, er, 'photography skills' but have kept it secret and not reported it. If that is true then there could be some bigger fallout coming.

The allegation is that its a stalling tactic from the Thai owners (51% ownership) as the complaint has come from the Austrian branch (49% ownership). They agreed to a hearing, but now stalling for more time and bury the story

If it is photos as reported, then it is also likely to have some evidence and not just be a "he said, she said" type thing.

I saw a quote earlier about Ford being interested in the outcome due to their own high values in regards to the alleged allegations. More reason to try make it go away to avoid a relationship breakdown with their future power unit supplier.

Well they are going to be going through the various servers at MK to gather additional info but it also sounds like she’s saved stuff.
Of course the person has, as I said a few days ago you don’t go reporting your CEO with hard evidence and the person must be terrified.

Well if he was appointed by the 51% owner, apparently they have quite a flexible view with regards the letter of the law, so probably reported back and case is undefendable.
But mr 51% is not used to not getting his way.

I think he’s a gonner though apparently she had WhatsApp transcripts that she’s given to her lawyers.
Both ford and oracle win run a mile if it’s not dealt with properly and soon.

Can someone confirm or otherwise that Horner actually owns the f1 team, I think not but don’t know.
Google research indicates not

Horner doesn't have any stake in the team
