Im using el cheapo pedals and they are fine, I got some brand new saints I used a couple of times and didn't get used to them! Im probably going to try the superstars once my current ones go poof

Paid 25 for my Superstar El Plastique pedals, can't imagine there being enough of an improvement from those to spend something like £100!

Inflate with a tube in to set both beads.
deflate, break one bead, remove tube.
insert valve, put bead back on
try to inflate, should work, if not, work some of the bead into place using tyre lever.

I always inject sealant through the valve, then I don't have to worry about it while I'm getting the tyre in place.

That was my next plan, and yes, I remove the valve core and use the stans injector to get the sealant in. I'll give it another pop at the weekend before my next ride.

are they new tyres? i always find if they are folded its best to pop some tubes in for a bit to get the creases out.

I like the bird, but I'm looking at that Canyon thinking its way better value. And weighs 1.3kg less. 12.8kg is fairly light is it not?

12.8kg is pretty light. I'd go for Vaults over V12s.

Think i'm going to buy the Capra,

The Comp 1 is the same price as the Comp 2.

Only difference I can tell is in the weight and the forks

The Lyrik RCT3 Bike weighs 300g less that the Pike RCT3 Bike.
