I got the email asking me to choose a collection date, which I duly replied to and did, but haven't received any confirmation of this so I'm starting to worry that I'll end up dismantling my rig and taking a day off work only to have no collection Did anyone else get confirmation of their collection date? Being poor I opted for collect then replace so no backup to keep me going if I've missed something.
1. Do I need to send the accessories back with the board?
2. Do CityLink provide all the shipping labels etc. ?
No.
Just make sure you put the CPU socket protector on so the socket doesn't get damaged.
If you just wrap the box up I believe they stick a shipping label on when they collect.

registration is now closed for the exchange, we extended it for a couple of weeks due the volume of registrations but we now have to call it quits so that we can get the remaining exchanges processed before our deadline for returns.

Have you had a chance to look into my post at all (the one above your last post)? Since both our posts were posted at the same time I just want to make sure you didn't miss my post.
I don't want to seem impatient as I know it's only been a few hours, but the three previous emails I've sent MSI were answered very promptly and as I've not had any response in over a week, I feel like my emails are being ignored.
