Do we need to contact MSI about the collection for our old board or will they contact us? Had my B3 for a week now, thought they would have been in contact by now.
might be worthwhile contacting them, i did and it got collected the following day and refunded the next
if you already have your advanced replacement B3 and want to speed up collection you can email [email protected] with your name, collection address and a time slot Mon-Fri, morning or afternoon.
please give at least one full working day notice, so don't email this evening asking for collection tomorrow morning
