The full version has a baro and mag sensor. I've not played with mine yet but they will need their PID's tuning, same as all the other features.
Should, in theory, give better consistency at holding altitude and course.
I'd get the Acro personally, I only got the full one as I was curious about the mag & baro hold.
You don't need the breakout cable but it saves making up one yourself, unless your receiver can do CPPM?
The Naze RX inputs only have 1 power and ground. For the other channels, you just connect the signal pin. CPPM pushes all the channels down 1 connection, so you only need 1 cable.

the pins will need to be soldered on, so you will need a soldering iron with a fairly fine tip and a steady hand. Or get one of the ones available with pins already soldered. I think makeitbuildit offer this option.
Get the straight pins if it's for a mini quad (250) the angled ones will end up sticking out of the side of the quad otherwise!
