Multirotor, multicopter and quadcopter discussion - The Drone thread

I also have the Imax B6 (Genuine), but the AC version.

How much do you need? I bought loads the other day.

Thanks for the response both

Burned - If you have the red and black stuff, then I am not sure, I was going to use a small bit (red and black) for the battery connection. And maybe a bit spare just incase I have any other connections (cant think of any of the top of my head at the moment.

I've got both, let me know. However its pretty cheap on Amazon if you've got Prime.

So far I've needed it for battery connections on quad, changing connectors on batteries and charger.

These mini quads are not 'that' cheap hmhmhm

If the quality is decent then that would be great on my 250, I'd like to see some video from it before buying though

Yeah, likewise. I'm guessing it's based around the same vtx as the mini VTX's kicking around and they are a bit of a lottery as to whether or not you get interference from the internal step down stage.

I wonder if you can tweak the camera too, like you can with the PZ0420 et al.

Might try one when they show up in the uk.

I think the difference is that the parts that you break when you crash are cheap. It is mostly just props that get smashed or at worst a frame / motor both are very cheap to replace

Im thinking of getting a quadcopter to make some nice aerial videos of landscape, im an absolute novice and it will only get very occasional use so dont want to spend more than £40, any suggestions? :)

Also,

Can you do flips and rolls in a 350qx? Or is it just pootling around in the sky videoing Craig's mum's bush?

Yes...you can do flips and rolls and also run a gimbal for video.

I was just saying that for that money you could get the size up ready built model, I was just a bit surprised at the cost of the 250 was so close.

Save up more money. That's like trying to buy a porsche for under £100.

Yeah, looks pretty good for the cash, I'm suitably impressed! Was only poking fun at drones in general btw.

The cost for that 250 does include about eighty notes for fpv stuff.
